This privacy policy covers the website changemakersai.nl. It explains which personal data we process through this website, why we do so, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are. PitchMaster has its own privacy policy at pitchmaster.pro/privacy.
Who we are
This website belongs to Changemakers B.V., Kapelstraat 26, 5366 BZ Megen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42024280, VAT number NL869350055B01. Changemakers B.V. is the controller for the personal data processed through this website. For questions about privacy, email info@changemakersai.nl.
What data we process
When you fill in a form
The forms on this website (book an advisory call, ask a question, tell us what you need, contact, and request a PitchMaster demo) send us:
your name, if you fill it in;
your email address or phone number, if you fill it in;
your message;
for a demo request, also your company name;
the type of request (question, need, conversation, contact or demo).
You are not required to fill in any data. Without an email address or phone number, however, we cannot reply to you.
The forms also contain a hidden field against spam. You don't see it and don't fill it in; if it is filled in, we discard the message.
When you visit the website
On every visit, our hosting provider Vercel processes the technical data needed to show and protect the website, such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type (server logs). We do not use this data to track visitors or build profiles.
What we don't do
No visitor statistics (analytics), no advertising or tracking cookies, and no social media pixels.
Fonts, images and all other files come from this website itself. No external services such as Google Fonts are loaded.
The links to LinkedIn, Instagram and pitchmaster.pro are plain links. Only when you click one do you visit that site, and its own privacy policy applies there.
Why we process data, and on what legal basis
Answering your question or request, and scheduling a call or demo. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us, and, when you ask for a call, proposal or demo, taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
Delivering and securing the website (server logs and the spam filter on the forms). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Remembering your language choice happens only in your own browser; we never receive that choice. See our cookie policy.
Who we share data with
We share your data only with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf, and with their sub-processors (such as Google Cloud, where Mailgun stores data in the EU). Beyond that, we share your data only when the law requires us to.
Vercel (United States): hosts the website and the server function that sends the form. Vercel processes the technical data of your visit and the content of the form on its way to Mailgun. That server function runs in a data centre in the EU (Frankfurt).
Mailgun (United States): delivers the form message as an email to info@changemakersai.nl and receives the content of the form to do so. We use Mailgun's EU region: the email is sent, and its content and sending data are stored, in data centres in the EU (Germany and Belgium). Mailgun keeps the content for at most 1 day and the sending data (such as sender, recipient, subject and time) for at most 30 days.
Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland): our mailbox info@changemakersai.nl, where your message arrives.
Transfers outside the EU
Mailgun Technologies, Inc. is an American company and part of Sinch. Your message is stored in the EU, but Mailgun can access data from the United States, for example for support. Our data processing agreement with Mailgun includes the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and Mailgun is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. To prevent spam and fraud and to secure its network, Mailgun processes sending data as an independent controller.
Vercel Inc. is an American company as well. The server function runs in the EU, but Vercel may also process data such as server logs outside the EU. Our data processing agreement with Vercel contains the same Standard Contractual Clauses, and Vercel is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
For Google Workspace, our contracting party is Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Ireland). Where Google LLC processes data in the United States, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework applies and, as a fallback, the Standard Contractual Clauses in Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Your message in our mailbox: until at most 12 months after our last contact. If it leads to a collaboration, we keep the correspondence for as long as it runs, and after that for as long as the law requires (for example the statutory retention of business records).
At Mailgun: the content of the email is kept for at most 1 day, the sending data for at most 30 days, both in the EU.
Server logs at Vercel: according to Vercel's own retention periods. We don't keep these logs ourselves.
Your language choice in your browser: until you or your browser clear the site data.
Security
The website is only served over HTTPS. The key used to send email is stored on the server only, never in the website itself. Read more on Security & GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@changemakersai.nl. We respond within one month. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can object at any time. We will then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue.
Complaints
If you disagree with how we handle your data, let us know at info@changemakersai.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the way we work changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.

Welke gegevens we verwerken
Als je een formulier invult
Via de formulieren op deze website (adviesgesprek plannen, een vraag stellen, vertellen wat je nodig hebt, contact en een PitchMaster-demo aanvragen) ontvangen we:
je naam, als je die invult;
je e-mailadres of telefoonnummer, als je dat invult;
je bericht;
bij een demo-aanvraag ook je bedrijfsnaam;
het soort aanvraag (vraag, iets nodig, gesprek, contact of demo).
Je bent niet verplicht gegevens in te vullen. Zonder e-mailadres of telefoonnummer kunnen we je alleen niet antwoorden.
De formulieren bevatten ook een verborgen veld tegen spam. Dat zie je niet en vul je niet in; is het toch ingevuld, dan gooien we het bericht weg.
Als je de website bezoekt
Bij elk bezoek verwerkt onze hostingpartij Vercel technische gegevens die nodig zijn om de website te tonen en te beveiligen, zoals je IP-adres, het tijdstip, de opgevraagde pagina en je browsertype (serverlogs). We gebruiken die gegevens niet om bezoekers te volgen of profielen te maken.
Wat we niet doen
Geen bezoekersstatistieken (analytics), geen advertentie- of trackingcookies en geen social-mediapixels.
Lettertypen, afbeeldingen en alle andere bestanden komen van deze website zelf. Er worden geen externe diensten zoals Google Fonts geladen.
De links naar LinkedIn, Instagram en pitchmaster.pro zijn gewone links. Pas als je erop klikt, ga je naar die website; daar geldt het privacybeleid van die partij.
Waarvoor en op welke grondslag
Je vraag of aanvraag beantwoorden en een gesprek of demo plannen. Grondslag: ons gerechtvaardigd belang om te reageren op berichten die je ons stuurt, en, als je om een gesprek, offerte of demo vraagt, het nemen van stappen op jouw verzoek vóór een eventuele overeenkomst (artikel 6 lid 1 sub f en sub b AVG).
De website leveren en beveiligen (serverlogs en het spamfilter op de formulieren). Grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang (artikel 6 lid 1 sub f AVG).
Je taalkeuze onthouden gebeurt alleen in je eigen browser; wij ontvangen die keuze niet. Zie ons cookiebeleid.
Met wie we gegevens delen
We delen je gegevens alleen met de volgende dienstverleners, die ze in onze opdracht verwerken, en met hun subverwerkers (zoals Google Cloud, waar Mailgun gegevens in de EU opslaat). Daarbuiten delen we je gegevens alleen als de wet ons daartoe verplicht.
Vercel (Verenigde Staten): host de website en de serverfunctie die het formulier verstuurt. Vercel verwerkt de technische gegevens van je bezoek en de inhoud van het formulier op weg naar Mailgun. Die serverfunctie draait in een datacenter in de EU (Frankfurt).
Mailgun (Verenigde Staten): bezorgt het formulierbericht als e-mail bij info@changemakersai.nl en ontvangt daarvoor de inhoud van het formulier. We gebruiken de EU-regio van Mailgun: de e-mail wordt verzonden, en de inhoud en verzendgegevens worden opgeslagen, in datacenters in de EU (Duitsland en België). De inhoud bewaart Mailgun hoogstens 1 dag, de verzendgegevens (zoals afzender, ontvanger, onderwerp en tijdstip) hoogstens 30 dagen.

Doorgifte buiten de EU
Mailgun Technologies, Inc. is een Amerikaans bedrijf en onderdeel van Sinch. Je bericht wordt in de EU opgeslagen, maar Mailgun kan vanuit de Verenigde Staten bij gegevens, bijvoorbeeld voor support. Onze verwerkersovereenkomst met Mailgun bevat de Standaard Contractuele Bepalingen (SCC's) van de Europese Commissie, en Mailgun is bovendien gecertificeerd onder het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework. Om spam en fraude tegen te gaan en zijn netwerk te beveiligen, verwerkt Mailgun verzendgegevens als zelfstandige verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.
Vercel Inc. is ook een Amerikaans bedrijf. De serverfunctie draait in de EU, maar Vercel kan gegevens zoals serverlogs ook buiten de EU verwerken. Onze verwerkersovereenkomst met Vercel bevat dezelfde Standaard Contractuele Bepalingen, en Vercel is bovendien gecertificeerd onder het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework.
Voor Google Workspace is onze contractpartij Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Ierland). Voor zover Google LLC gegevens in de Verenigde Staten verwerkt, geldt het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework en, als terugval, de Standaard Contractuele Bepalingen in Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Je bericht in onze mailbox: tot uiterlijk 12 maanden na ons laatste contact. Wordt het een samenwerking, dan bewaren we de correspondentie zolang die loopt, en daarna zolang de wet dat van ons vraagt (bijvoorbeeld de bewaarplicht voor de administratie).
Bij Mailgun: de inhoud van de e-mail hoogstens 1 dag, de verzendgegevens hoogstens 30 dagen, allebei in de EU.
Serverlogs bij Vercel: volgens de bewaartermijnen van Vercel zelf. Wij bewaren deze logs niet.
Je taalkeuze in je browser: tot jij of je browser de sitegegevens wist.
Beveiliging
De website wordt alleen via HTTPS geleverd. De sleutel waarmee e-mail wordt verstuurd, staat alleen op de server en nooit in de website zelf. Meer hierover lees je op Veiligheid & AVG.
Jouw rechten
Je hebt het recht op inzage, rectificatie en verwijdering van je persoonsgegevens, op beperking van en bezwaar tegen de verwerking, en op dataportabiliteit. Wil je een van deze rechten gebruiken, mail dan naar info@changemakersai.nl. We reageren binnen een maand. Om misbruik te voorkomen kunnen we je vragen je te identificeren.
Verwerken we je gegevens op grond van ons gerechtvaardigd belang, dan kun je daar altijd bezwaar tegen maken. We stoppen dan, tenzij we dwingende gerechtvaardigde gronden hebben om door te gaan.
Klachten
Ben je het niet eens met hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, laat het ons dan weten via info@changemakersai.nl. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Wijzigingen
We kunnen dit beleid aanpassen als de website of onze werkwijze verandert. De datum bovenaan laat zien wanneer het voor het laatst is bijgewerkt.
